Grade II listed granite fisherman’s cottage on the south side of Mousehole harbour with atlantic sea views across Mounts Bay from St Michael’s Mount to the Lizard Peninsular. Fully renovated to a high standard whilst maintaining many original features. Sleeps four people
The cottage has a cosy sitting room with comfortable armchair and sofa, Everhot Electric Stove, TV, radio and CD-player. The separate kitchen/dining room to the rear is well equipped and comprises a table with 4 chairs, fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine.

Front bedroom. Lovely sea views over the habour to St Clement’s Isle and St Michael’s Mount across the bay to the Lizzard Penninsula. Twin single beds, en-suite wc, wash basin and fitted wardrobe.
Back bedroom. Overlooks pretty rear courtyard. Queen size bed and chest of drawers, leading to en-suite bathroom. Seaward window. Washbasin, enclosed shower, WC, wash stand.
At the front is a small area belonging solely to the property with a low retaining granite wall, folding garden furniture is provided. At the rear is a small courtyard shared with the neighbouring cottages.
The rental price includes beds made up and ready for your arrival. Towels and tea towels are also provided. There is an ironing board, iron and hairdryer for your use. Electricity will be deducted from your deposit and the balance returned usually within 4 weeks of departure. The cottage is non smoking and we have a‚ no pets’ policy due to allergy issues.

Local buses run between Mousehole and Penzance throughout the day till late in the evening.

Mousehole is a small fishing village. The terraces of cottages and winding narrow streets have a magic and aesthetic all of their own. The harbour forms a crescent shape with a sandy beach and a harbour arm at either end of the crescent. Quay Cottage is located on South Quay.
Mousehole has a grocer/deli, several tearooms, a pub, a restaurant, a hotel with restaurant and also several craft and gift shops. Penzance with its shopping facilities is 3 miles away, Newlyn approx 2 miles and Lands End about 7 miles.
The immediate and surrounding coastline is extremely beautiful being designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ by the National Trust.
